This case has been disturbing in many, many ways. The savage way Travis’ life was taken is never far from my mind. One thing I didn’t expect was to see how many disturbed people are out here on the streets. Like a lot of JA’s associates/friends. I don’t know how long Donovan was behind bars but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t long enough. Really- to set fire to a building with people in it? Who were they? Were there children? How could ANYONE do such a thing?

Donovan did not break her parole until the day JA was convicted. Any contact after that would be considered a violation and her parole should be revoked.

What I would like to know is: How does Donavan Bering getting money to survive and pay restitution? Does she get welfare? Does she get disability? If so if she can show up in court each day, why can’t she work? Is the State of Arizona (tax payers) paying her to sit her fat butt in the courtroom?

Including the selling of the creepers art(tshe traces or copies from DIOR<GUESS etc),and sells.

I think Donovan has pretty much become a member of the Arias family. She and the Arias family have been getting money from donations, and sales of Jodi’s fraudulent art and DV t-shirts, they’ve been living on the money. That scam artist on Jodi Arias is Innocent web site gets a kick back, the rest goes to Jodi’s family. They keep her commissary account full. Get this Donovan was promoting the DV t-shirts but Donovan herself was arrested for DV 2007 in Alaska. Its just a matter of time before Donovan’s back behind bars.

If that was my daughter and the jury was out deliberating I would never be more than 5 minutes from that courthouse every single day. No way would I be touring the Grand Canyon when the jury had already been deliberating for several days. That seems insane to me!

I was a “troll” on the Jodi Arias Friends and Family Facebook site. Curiosity was killing me. Donavan was always posting on there. All her visits, her calls to the prison, the Arias family requests (donations) etc. I was amazed that she was not stopped sooner. Unfortunately, for me, the site was taken down. It’s about time she was stopped. On the other hand, after reading about Donavan, it is obvious she can be easily manipulated, has probably had a difficult life, and was reeled in by the owner of the business that was burned, as well as Jodi and all her family.

So she is getting disability ..wow !!! My daughter was denied a week ago .She is suffering from a kidney disease,has RA in her spine going to other parts of her body,and had pollyps in her colin and intestines out of the blue just got diagnosed with depression ,my daughters world has been turned upside down and she’s getting help!She has 3 kids but makes it the best she can although she cannot enjoy a whole day cause her back is torture and can’t even get help with medi-caid ! This pisses me off that an arsonist can get this type of help and i agree that how can she when she is in court everyday !She-he can go to hell along with it as far as i’m concerned !
I am so sorry for your daughter. I have had back surgery and know the extent of that kind of pain. I was crawling to go to the bathroom. If that’s not a disability I don’t know what is…plus RA and with kids…wow. Something is very wrong here.
I recommend that your daughter speak with a disability lawyer. Typically they only get paid if your daughter gets disability. It isn’t unusual for people to have to apply 3 times before being approved. If your daughter is approved, and if I understand this regulation, she should receive a check for “back payments”, going back to when she first applied. The lawyer would take a percentage of the payment.

Nobody gets disability the first time through… You almost always need a lawyer and they have a govt mandated max that they can charge you, fairly low.
