Joran van der Sloot, twice arrested in the disappearance of Natalie Holloway, the 19 year-old student from Alabama, is said to be wed in June. Currently in a Peruvian jail for the murder of another student, Stephany Flores, Joran is serving a 28 year sentence. He blamed this murder on PTSD from being accused of the murder of Natalie.
His girlfriend, 22 year-ole Leydi Figueroa Uced has been regularly visiting him in Piedras Gordas prison. In October of last year Joran told the Dutch daily ‘De Telegraaf’ that she was pregnant. Apparently conjugal visits are allowed with those registered as ‘common law partners.’ By marrying a Peruvian he can apply for citizenship making it more difficult to extradite him back to America to face any charges.

He is in jail for 28 years for murder. She is living with his parents who have lots and lots of money and having his baby. She will be fine. She knows what she is doing ..I think. Pam

Joran’s dad is dead. He died young probably for helping his son get away with murder.
I read Joran wants to marry her to become a citizen so he can’t be extradited to the US at the end of his sentence.
I didn’t know that. Has he got a chance to get out??? I thought he was in for along tome?
Idk..does he have lwop or a sentence like, 25 yrs to life, with possibility of parole? If there’s any possibility for parole or appeals he could someday get out… Just sickening to think of him out there again. He will murder again.
That is pretty scary since he seems to have a hair trigger around women. I hope he doesn’t have a daughter.
