Prosecutor Gerrie Nel (also known as “The Bulldog”) took on Pistorius and his story starting at the end of the day Tuesday and continuing last Wednesday. Pistorius had a difficult time keeping his story straight. He also referred to the shooting as “a mistake”, prompting Nel to say “You made a mistake? You killed a person. You killed Reeva Steenkamp, that’s what you did,” Nel said. “You killed her. Won’t you take responsibility for that?” Later Nel showed a picture of the devastating head injury to Reeva and Pistorius began crying forcing another adjournment. On Friday Nel said that Reeva was standing behind the toilet door because they were still arguing right before he shot her. Pistorius responded with “That’s not true.” After Pistorius gave his account of what happened the night Reeva was killed Nel questioned why he did not check on Reeva before the shooting. He also pointed out that if Pistorius felt so vulnerable on his stumps (as he has claimed throughout the trial) then why did he approach the door where he felt an intruder was hiding? For more:

He does come off kinda wimpy, doesn’t he? Sniveling murderer.
Every time he gets asked a question he can’t remember the answer he gave before he pretends he is upset or says he is tired. What pisses me off is he is going to get off!!!

Look what we did over here…OJ killed two people and walked. He played football. Makes me sick!!! Plus he doesn’t have his legs. Every time I look at other pics of him when he isn’t acting on stage I don’t like his looks. He isn’t trust worthy.

I was also thinking about Hodi Hole the other day. I think all these delays have been on purpose. There was so much outrage about her I think they have waited for everything to die down, especially his family. They want to talk the family into agreeing to a plea. Anyway I was just thinking maybe thats it.

I am hoping since some people claimed Hodi got sympathy from the jurors by being on the stand for a month that this time she won’t be able to do that and that may help with a Penalty. I sure hope you are wrong about a plea. I hear that Travis’ family is dead set against that.
I am still amazed at how she got those two idiots experts to fall for her crap. I also still sit in wonder over this case and the baby murders case how all they have to do is “accuse” someone of something and ruin them with no proof. Casey Anthony’s poor dad and poor dead Travis being called a pedophile. All they have to do is hint at it. You can’t say anything about them without proof but every body else is open for slander. I will never understand how level headed people could let Baby Killer Anthony walk, so much evidence. This case with Piss just has me thinking. The great killers. OJ, Casey, Hodi, Piss…need a name for Casey. Is Hodi the only one to get found guilty?? We’ll see.
And the stupid jury foreman also fell for it. I think if you look for them stupid experts (or well paid experts) are out there. About the slander- I had no idea you could just totally make stuff up in court – basically tell a BS story- and get away with it! Then the pedo claim against Travis- that’s way too far. And OJ- well that was the first time I ever heard of jury nullification.
The thing that’s real scary is these are high profile cases. If it were you or me and no camera’s it would be cut and dry without all the extra’s for the person on trial. They get away with a lot more because they know every one is watching.
